NCVA Far Westerns Qualifier Hotels – All Weekends

Here is the booking information for all teams who are headed to Far Westerns National Qualifier in Reno. Everyone has a different weekend, so please be sure to check your check in and check out days.
Please note, this is a Stay and Play Tournament. This means, all teams must book at least 4 rooms for 3 nights per team to be ultimately accepted.
Most all teams will be staying at the Silver Legacy. Double Queen Beds. A few teams I was able to get rooms at the Grand Sierra. Please see notes below.
Rooms will be available for everyone until 9am Pacific time Thursday, November 14th. Once that time comes, these rooms will go back into general inventory.
If you have already booked your room outside of the stay and play block and your team does not meet the threshold, you risk your team not being accepted to the tournament.
To secure a reservation online in the team block, please follow the instructions below:
  2. Click on Book/Manage at the top right-hand side of the page
  3. Enter the Parent Passcode SEE BELOW FOR YOUR PASSCODE under "Looking to book within a team block?"
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
