TRAINING BLOCKS OVERVIEW

Our summer is organized into structured blocks to maximize development and results.

BLOCK 1

BLOCK 1 : May 11 – May 27

 

Based on grade entering Fall 2026

Designed for athletes preparing for school teams, club tryouts, or specialized positional training. These camps offer a balance of technical instruction, high-rep reps, and competitive gameplay to help players grow their skills, build confidence, and level up in a focused, supportive environment.

 

OMiNIs Youth Training
Open to Boys and Girls
Grades: 2–6
This is our core youth development block built for athletes who want to learn the game the right way while building real confidence on the court. Athletes train in small groups based on age and ability, with high-rep stations that build passing form, serving consistency, footwork patterns, and beginner attacking mechanics. Every session includes guided gameplay so players learn spacing, communication, and how to compete in real rallies.

OMNISTART: Middle School Beginner
Open to Boys and Girls
Grades: 7–8
OMNISTART is the middle school on-ramp for athletes newer to volleyball or who want to rebuild fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. Training focuses on serve receive, first contact movement, controlled setting, basic attacking mechanics, and defensive positioning. Athletes learn rotations, spacing, and how to compete through mistakes with confidence.

FOCUS: Middle School Positional Development
Middle School Girls Only
Grades: 7–8
FOCUS is our primary middle school development lane built around position-specific training and real progression. Athletes train in internal ability pods and position groups to keep the pace high while still getting personalized feedback. Training includes serve receive systems, defensive reading, transition timing, and competitive play with accountability.

READY: High School Prep Series
High School Girls Only
Grades: 9–12
READY is built for high school athletes who want to train at a faster pace with higher expectations. This block prioritizes serve and pass under pressure, disciplined defense, out-of-system execution, and game-speed decision-making. Competitive reps and scenario play help athletes show up sharper, more consistent, and more confident.
