SCVA Las Vegas Classic Hotels

Hello Families!
We worked really hard to secure hotel rooms next to the Las Vegas Convention Center ( its all through a travel source from the host group). This year, the tourney will not be at Mandalay Bay CC. It is held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
We were able to secure rooms at the Westgate Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, next door to the LVCC.
You must book by dates below or rooms will be gone!
Following Teams are slated to go.
Las Vegas Classic (Hotel Rooms must be booked by Monday Night November 18th @ 1159pm.)

Each Team is responsible for 24 room nights (8 rooms for 3 nights) to be accepted into the event.
Steps to Complete your Reservation:
  1. Follow the Hotel Link Below and enter the Access Code provided.
  2. When asked for Club/Team Code, you MUST enter the code below EXACTLY as it is listed below, or your room will NOT count towards your club’s room requirement.
  3. Please complete all necessary information and ensure you receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel.

  • The credit card provided will be charged a one-night deposit for the room within 7-14 days of making the reservation. A CC must be present at check-in for incidentals and remaining balance.
  • The name provided for check-in will be the ONLY individual allowed to check-in at the hotel. Please ensure they are over 21 and someone is over 21 in every room.
  • Please ensure you read all the hotel’s terms and conditions.
  • There is NO HOTEL HOPPING. If you book at one property and an alternate hotel becomes available at a later date, you are not permitted to switch properties and are still responsible for your initial reservation.

Individual Cancellation:
No cancellations will be accepted after December 27th, 2024.
Modifying/Cancelling Your Reservation:
Please follow the original booking link and select “Manage Existing Reservation”. You may also contact the hotel’s group reservations department. If you have any issues, you may email us at Support@kcsportshousing.com or call us at 1-800-775-7244 with the changes or cancellations. KC Sports is unable to make any changes or cancellations once we are within 30 days of the event.
Hotel Deposit:
The hotel requires a one-night deposit (plus taxes) for each individual room booked within 7-14 days of making the reservation. A CC must be present at check-in for incidentals and remaining balance. If you are a group needing a CCA, it must be completed at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Additional Terms:
Rates are for peak nights only. Outside rates based on hotel availability.
Rates do not include taxes and fees.
Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on current availability and rate.
In the event of a hotel is oversold we will do our best to get additional rooms at the best rate.
Please refer to the individual tournament page for requirements regarding the Stay and Play – “Support the Sport”.
We reserve the right to change or move your reservation if we deem necessary.
